Refund Policy - WPCartCode Studio
At WPCartCode Studio, we aim to provide high-quality website design and digital services. Because most of our work involves custom development and time investment, our refund policy is outlined below.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
Deposits and Project Start
Most website projects require either:
• Full payment before the project begins, or
• A deposit to reserve your project slot
Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
This is because work, planning, and time allocation begin immediately after the project is confirmed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
• The project has not started yet
• No design or development work has been delivered
• The cancellation request is made shortly after payment
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available once:
• Website design work has started
• Development has begun
• A website or landing page has been delivered
• The client approves the project direction
• The delay is caused by missing client content
Custom digital work cannot be returned like physical products.
Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the design, we will work with you through:
• Revisions included in your package
• Adjustments based on feedback
• Improvements to better match your vision
Our goal is always to deliver a website that you are happy with.
Project Delays
If a project is delayed because the client has not provided:
• Content
• Images
• Required information
The timeline may be extended and refunds will not apply.
Additional Services
Payments for the following services are generally non-refundable once started:
• Website optimization
• Speed improvements
• Website migration
• Social media services
• Maintenance plans
Maintenance Plan Cancellation
Maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time, but:
• Payments already made are not refundable
• Services remain active until the end of the billing period
